CLASSIFIED

Culture Coordinator  --

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Will create, implement, and recruit facilitators for
culturally-relevant programming, including language, ceremonies,
celebrations, etc.   Will organize community celebration events.   Will
create a place of belonging for all community members.   Will plan,
organize, and implement community cultural education and outreach
sessions.   Will lead and mentor staff and volunteers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have knowledge & experience with Native American Culture
Activities & Events.

-Must have the ability to work well with kids.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  A Counseling Background and/or Endorsement is
preferred

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  Full-time position for the 2011 - 2012 school
year.

SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  Rate of pay depends on experience and
qualifications.

Technology Coordinator  --

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Will be responsible for training, modeling, and
assisting teachers in integrating technology in the classroom to improve
student achievement.  Will install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware
and software.   Will train users in applications on the network.   Will
coordinate activities of outside vendors, consultants, and trainers.
Will coordinate and provide training to school staff in network and
software use.   Will encourage student development of skills in the use
of instructional technology resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have extensive Technology experience.

-Must have an AA Degree  -or-  ability to pass the Washington State Para
PRAXIS Test.

-Must pass  a pre-employment background check & finger printing.

-Must have a current Drivers License.

-Must have the ability to work well with school age students Preschool
to Grade 8.

-Must be self motivated.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  A Counseling Background and/or Endorsement is
preferred

Math/Science Teacher  --

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Will teach math and science classes to grades 6, 7,
and 8th grade students.  Will actively instruct students, create lesson
plans, assign and correct homework, manage students in the classroom,
communicate with parents, and help students prepare for standardized
testing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be a fully qualified teacher in the State of Washington -
Certified in Math with Science as an endorsement (A Copy of Professional
Educational Certificate with endorsement, and a Placement File or
College transcript is required.).

-Must pass a pre-employment background check & finger printing.

-Must have a current Drivers License.

-Must have the ability to work well with grade 6, 7, & 8 students.
